GREEN BAY (WLUK) -- A stretch of N. Broadway in Green Bay is closing for more than two weeks.

The city's Public Works Department says N. Broadway will be closing between Mather and Alexander streets beginning at 8 a.m. Monday. Canadian National Railroad is making repairs to railroad tracks in the area.

People will still be able to access local businesses during the closure. A detour will take drivers along Mather, McDonald and Alexander streets.

The road is expected to be closed through Sept. 30.
