'They have nothing to lose': Protesters storm streets of Colombia to demand radical change

Anger over a controversial tax hike has turned into a protest movement against police violence in Colombia. Weeks of protests and clashes with police have seen more than 42 people killed and police stations vandalized. For one activist, it's about defending the right to protest; for a police officer, it's about finding a solution. CNN's Stefano Pozzebon reports from Bogota.
