Deputies said Sayed, who is autistic, was at home with his two brothers, a 24 year old and a 16 year old, while his parents were away.

The eldest brother said he went to the bathroom for a short amount of time around 7 p.m. but hen he came back and the garage door was open and Humza was gone.

The two brothers searched for over an hour and eventually contacted Heathrow security and then the sheriff's office around 9:30 p.m.

The call brought about a large scale search that included a helicopter and K-9 units. Deputies said Humza was last seen by a neighbor around 8:30 p.m.

"He probably went into the water shortly after that because the level of canvasing going on was extremely impressive. They were not successful, probably because he was in the water already," Sheriff Lema said.

A boat searched Lake Sawyer all night. The search was called off Sunday morning after investigators said the boy's body was found in the water.

Investigators said it appears Humza drowned.
