St. Paul police have identified the worker killed by a truck at a construction site Wednesday afternoon near the Minnesota Children's Museum.

St. Paul Police say 61-year-old Peter M. Davis of Stillwater was struck by a work truck at around 3:30 p.m. near Wabasha Street North and Seventh Street West. Officials say they don't believe the driver was impaired, or that any criminal intent was involved.

Officials say the investigation into this incident continues.
