Ireland sets new restrictions to curb surging number of coronavirus cases

Ireland imposed a tough new lockdown in order to restrict a surging number of coronavirus cases. The new restrictions include shutting down non-essential shops, limiting restaurants to takeout service and ordering people to stay within three miles of their homes for the next six weeks.
