NBA players meet Pope Francis at Vatican, hailed for demanding justice
Pope Francis hosted an unprecedented meeting with several NBA players in the Vatican to discuss social justice issues. Several of the players have highlighted issues of police brutality and racial inequality in the United States. After talks, the players presented the pontiff with gifts including a golden basketball.
