Party of Trump in fear? Blocking elections 'only way they can win'
The House successfully passed a sweeping election bill to combat voter restrictions. MSNBC’s Ari Melber discusses the bill with Democratic strategist James Carville, who claims this is one of the most significant pieces of legislation he’s seen and that Republicans have to limit voters because doing so is “the only way they can win elections.”
