U.K. couple with severe Covid cases marry in hospital
Nurses at a hospital in England married Lizzie Kerr and Simon O’Brien amid fears the British couple wouldn’t live to make it to their planned wedding date in June. The hospital’s catering department provided a cake and medical staff rushed to secure a license to perform the ceremony. Fortunately, the newlyweds have begun to recover since their impromptu wedding.
