Kirby: US contributing 'across the spectrum' against Russian threat
At the NATO summit in Madrid, President Joe Biden announced the US will boost its military presence in Europe, and increase shipments of equipment. CNN's Jim Sciutto spoke with John Kirby, Coordinator for Strategic Communications at the National Security Council, about NATO's preparations against a possible Russian attack.
