Rapper DMX Dies Aged 50 After Being On Life Support Following Heart Attack

Rapper DMX, real name Earl Simmons, has died at the age of 50 at White Plains hospital, New York, his family confirmed Friday. DMX had been on life support after suffering a heart attack on April 2. Over the course of his career, DMX sold millions of albums and earned three Grammy nominations for his songs “Party Up (Up In Here).” Fans loved his unmistakable growly voice, high energy and hard delivery of his verses. DMX also pursued an acting career.
