Roseville man accused of multiple child sexual assaults over 25-year span
A 61-year-old Roseville man has been arrested and accused of sexually assaulting multiple children over a 25-year span. Citrus Heights police detectives arrested Ricky Vaughn on Wednesday on 12 counts of lewd and lascivious acts with a child under age 14, police said.
