Ask Russia About Ceasefire Terms, Not Ukraine: FM Kuleba
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba says previous suggestions to provide territorial concessions to Russia are partially to blame for the current conflict. "This entire policy, Ukraine has to concede on something, failed," Kuleba says on Bloomberg Television. "Instead of asking what Ukraine should do for a ceasefire for the end of the war, the question should be addressed to Russia."
