Biden Supports Selling F-16 Jets to Turkey
President Joe Biden said he told Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan that he supported the sale of F-16 jets to modernize Turkey's air force. Biden says he thinks Congress will approve of the sale and he says there was no "quid pro quo." Biden spoke at a NATO summit in Madrid.
