Caesars Foundation donates $20k to Red Cross relief efforts in Turkey, Syria

Red Cross is receiving a big boost to support those affected by the earthquake in Turkey and Syria.
The American Red Cross of Southern Nevada announced on Saturday a $20,000 donation provided by the Caesars Foundation.
Funds will go towards relief efforts including access to shelter, health and mental health services, sanitation, food, and water.
“This donation will go to help so many still affected by the largest earthquake in more than a century,” said Rachel Flanigan, American Red Cross of Southern Nevada Executive Director.

The 6.4 magnitude earthquake struck parts of Turkey and Syria in February killing more than 47,000 people.
The Caesars Foundation donates to the Red Cross of Southern Nevada and many other nonprofits to help support charitable programs.
