Prime Minister Boris Johnson apologizes for attending a drinks party in May 2020, when the U.K. was in lockdown. "I have learned enough to know that there were things that we simply did not get right. I must take responsibility," Johnson told lawmakers in the House of Commons in London, Wednesday.
