Keith Lamont Scott's Brother-in-Law Addresses the Role of Racism in Police-Related Shootings
When television producer Ray Dotch covered the Ferguson protests and Baltimore riots, his intention was to share the reality of these events with the rest of the world. Here, Dotch shares his unique perspective about what he says is the tension between the police and the community, and addresses the issue he believes we can no longer "tiptoe" around if change is ever to be effected.
