Neighbors of prince who wanted to be Kaiser 'shocked' by coup plot in Germany
Neighbors of a German prince expressed shock and disbelief after he was arrested for allegedly plotting to overthrow the government in a violent coup. Heinrich XIII Prince Reuss, who was arrested with 24 others across the country on Wednesday, is suspected of hoping to become the country’s new leader.
