Pentagon: Airstrikes on Iran-affiliated sites in Syria were ‘proportionate and deliberate’
Pentagon Press Secretary Brig. Gen. Pat Ryder said the precision strikes into eastern Syria were against "facilities used by groups affiliated with Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps."
