Putin Has No Say in Who Joins NATO: Pentagon
Pentagon Press Secretary John Kirby says it's not up to Russian President Vladimir Putin to decide what country joins NATO. Finland and Sweden are set to apply for membership in the defensive bloc of nations. Kirby spoke to reporters in Washington.
