Rep. Swalwell files lawsuit against Trump and close allies for inciting Capitol riot
Rep. Eric Swalwell, who previously served as an impeachment manager, has filed a lawsuit against former President Trump, Rudy Giuliani, Donald Trump Jr. and Rep. Mo Brooks for their role in inciting the January 6 Capitol riot. NBC's Pete Williams has details.
