Roseville school board meeting ends early; what we know about the 'Proud Boy' member later arrested
A Roseville Joint Union High School District board meeting abruptly ended when remarks by a self-proclaimed "Proud Boy" disrupted many of the people in attendance. Jeffrey Perrine spoke about the district's decision to part ways with an LGBTQ+ youth group. His comments led to other attendees yelling and screaming, leading to one of the board members repeatedly asking for attendees to calm down before ultimately calling for the meeting to adjourn. The Citrus Heights Police Department told KCRA 3 that Perrine later showed up to the home of Pastor Casey Tinning, who is with the Loomis Basin Congregational United Church of Christ and founded The Landing Stop, a youth group aimed at giving LGBTQ a safe space.
