Second radioactive water leak discovered at Minnesota nuclear power plant
A nuclear power plant in Monticello, Minnesota, was being shut down Friday after a second radioactive water leak was discovered. Last November, about 400,000 gallons of radioactive water leaked from the Xcel Energy facility. However, that initial leak was not reported to the public until last week.
