Trump: 'I Don't Know Who The Proud Boys Are, They Have To Stand Down'

After missing an opportunity to denounce white supremacy during the first presidential debate, President Donald Trump told reporters on Wednesday that he didn't "know who are the proud boys are" but they had to "stand down" and "let law enforcement do their job." On Tuesday night, when moderator Chris Wallace asked Trump to condemn white supremacists, the president said: "Proud boys, stand back and stand by."
