PGA DFS players will have a star-studded field to choose from for the 2021 Players Championship. With big names like Dustin Johnson, Bryson DeChambeau, Rory McIloy and Justin Thomas among the most expensive players on both FanDuel and DraftKings, you'll want to identify the golfers who present the best value before entering your PGA DFS lineups for the 2021 Players Championship. That will help you afford more expensive, less risky options like Johnson, who's finished T-8 or better in four of his last six PGA Tour starts.

FanDuel is hosting a $300K PGA Eagle and DraftKings is offering a $2.5M Fantasy Golf Millionaire, which means there will be some difficult decisions when crafting your PGA DFS strategy. Before you enter these PGA DFS tournaments or any others for the 2021 Players Championship, you'll want to see the top PGA DFS picks and daily Fantasy golf advice from SportsLine's Mike McClure.

McClure is a DFS pro with nearly $2 million in career winnings, and he's been red-hot on his PGA Tour picks this season. McClure is also a predictive data engineer at SportsLine who uses a powerful prediction model that simulates every tournament 10,000 times, taking factors like statistical trends, past results and current form into account. This allows him to find the best PGA DFS values and create optimal lineups that he shares only over at SportsLine. They're a must-see for any PGA DFS player.

Last week at the Arnold Palmer Invitational, McClure was all over Max Homa and Will Zalatoris as his top PGA DFS picks. The result: Homa and Zalatoris both finished inside the top 10, returning tournament-winning value at an affordable price. Anybody who had them in their lineups was well on the way to a profitable weekend.

In addition, McClure's model is up over $11,000 on its best bets since the restart, nailing tournament after tournament. This is the same model that has nailed a whopping six majors entering the weekend.

Now, McClure has set his sights on this week's event and revealed his optimal PGA DFS advice, strategy and player pool. Head to SportsLine now to see his top daily Fantasy golf picks for the 2021 Players Championship.

Top 2021 Players Championship PGA DFS picks

One of McClure's top PGA DFS picks for the Players Championship 2021: Abraham Ancer at $7,500 on DraftKings and $9,400 on FanDuel.

Ancer's price tag makes him an extremely affordable piece for PGA DFS rosters this week. That's because Ancer has been playing extremely well in his most recent outings. In fact, the 30-year-old has finished inside the top-20 in five of his last seven starts, which includes a T-5 finish at The American Express.

In addition, Ancer ranks first on the PGA Tour in driving accuracy percentage (72.50), 18th in birdie average (4.50) and 17th in greens in regulation percentage (71.53), which means he can return tournament winning value at an extremely affordable price. He's a complete steal at this price point, so lock him in your PGA DFS lineups and look for a big return at TPC Sawgrass.

McClure's optimal PGA DFS strategy also includes rostering Collin Morikawa at $9,400 on DraftKings and $11,300 on FanDuel.

Morikawa, who secured his fourth-career PGA Tour victory at the WGC-Workday Championship, is an almost sure-fire bet to be near the top of the leaderboard come Sunday. The 24-year-old has been extremely consistent this season, and he'll enter this week's event ranked fourth on the PGA Tour in greens in regulation percentage (73.61) and seventh in birdie average (4.75), which makes him an extremely valuable PGA DFS asset.

In addition, the reigning PGA Championship winner has been extremely accurate off the tee, ranking 13th in driving accuracy percentage (69.64). Morikawa's ability to consistently put himself in advantageous positions results in more birdie opportunities and more chances to rack up points on sites like FanDuel and DraftKings. Lock him in your PGA DFS lineup and look for a big return this week at the Players Championship.

How to set your 2021 Players Championship PGA DFS lineups

McClure is also targeting an undervalued player who's primed to play extremely well this week, giving you a huge return on sites like DraftKings and FanDuel. Picks like these could be the difference between winning your PGA DFS contests or going home with nothing. You can only see who it is here.
