Golfers at the highest level want to look good, but even if a shoe looks great, it has to deliver comfort, traction and stability. Pros on the PGA Tour and the LPGA can’t skimp on performance; they want to feel the ground but know they won’t slip, even when they swing all out.

Puma’s newest performance shoe, the Ignite Proadapt Δ (pronounced Delta), uses advanced designs and materials to deliver everything elite golfers demand.

The outsole of each shoe was designed with nine replaceable dual-durometer Tornado cleats, along with numerous dash-shaped traction elements made from thermoplastic polyurethane to increase lateral stability and keep a golfer’s feet firmly in place.

To further enhance lateral support, the Ignite Proadapt Δ has Puma’s Adaptive Fit system, including a dual-layer, decoupled collar. It is positioned inside the full-grain, waterproof leather upper and was designed to provide the Ignite Proadapt Δ the snug feel and comfort of a running shoe while maintaining a golf shoe’s classic look. The tongue was designed to wrap around your foot to add medial support.

The midsole of the Ignite Proadapt Δ features Adapt foam, a proprietary EVA material Puma uses to increase cushioning and impact resistance. It softens the feel of your foot hitting the ground.

The Ignite Proadapt Δ is available in four colorways for $200 per pair.
