Country singer Granger Smith may have figured it all out.

Over the weekend, Smith held a socially distanced concert at the Dell Diamond in Round Rock, TX, the home stadium of the Minor League MLB team, Round Rock Express.

With fans spaced out across the outfield, infield, and regular stadium seating -- and Granger taking center stage in far center field - it looks like a wonderful way to get people together for a good time while still following all of the necessary guidelines to keep everyone safe and sound.

Showing the scene in a post on his Instagram page, Granger said, "An amazing job last night from the city of Round Rock TX, the @rrexpress and all the fans who joined in a unified effort to achieve a properly executed socially distanced concert."

"I am so proud of the extensive planning that could (potentially) become a blueprint for many more across the country for all genres. Music can heal. Music can restore. Music can save lives. We can make sure music still gets delivered with cooperation at all levels of an event like this."

Obviously, this can only be possible when all guidelines are strictly followed, so what seems to have worked for Smith may not be replicable in other cities.

In the meantime, drive-in concerts are starting to pop up - as well as drive-in movie theater experiences - so we'll continue to keep an eye on the ever-changing landscape of live entertainment over the coming months.
