Healey sues Boston Sports Clubs over alleged deceptive, unethical practices
Massachusetts Attorney General Maura Healey is suing the parent company of Boston Sports Clubs, saying it has "refused to make any effort to live up to the terms" of an agreement the state and the troubled gym chain reached in October.
