Icelandic actor and super strong human Hafþór Björnsson plays "The Mountain" on Game of Thrones. He's an enormous person who can lift insanely heavy objects.

This weekend, Björnsson earned a spot in the record books.

Competing in the 2018 Arnold Strongman Classic, Björnsson set a world record for the raw deadlift with a 1,041-pound lift. It's something you have to see to believe.

How is that even possible?

The Mountain made the lift look almost too easy - even nodding his head to celebrate while still lifting the 1,041 pounds.

Best of all: He did that without spewing blood from his face. His competitor wasn't so lucky.
