James Bailey took a feed from Matthew Pepe and scored a man-up goal with 1.6 seconds remaining to give Seton Hall Prep, No. 3 in the NJ.com Top 20, a 7-6 victory over Iona Prep (NY) in New Rochelle, NY.

Bailey and Matt Wrede finished with two goals apiece for Seton Hall Prep (13-2), winners of nine straight. Bailey and Wrede each had a goal in the final 44 seconds of the first half to give Seton Hall Prep a 6-5 lead at the intermission. Quinn Spillett finished with a goal and two assists, Pepe dished out two assists, and Jon Zanelli made nine saves.

Iona Prep, ranked No. 23 in the country by USA Lacrosse Magazine, was led by Jack Dougherty’s two goals and three assists. KJ Delane added two goals, the second of which tied the game at 6-6 with 7:48 remaining.
