Hargrave (40-1; 1st seed from District 21-4A) vs. Sweeny (18-17-1; 2nd seed from District 24-4A)

When and where: Thursday, Nov. 1 at 7: 30 P.M. at Phillips Fieldhouse in Pasadena

How they got here: Hargrave beat Silsbee 3-0 in the bi-district round. Sweeny beat Yates 3-0 in the bi-district round.

History: Hargrave tries to get to the regional quarterfinals for a sixth consecutive year. Sweeny tries to get to the regional quarterfinals for the first time sine 2013.

Kingwood Park (34-11; 1st seed from District 20-5A) vs. Cedar Park (31-12; 2nd seed from District 17-5A)

When and where: Friday, Nov. 2 at 5 P.M. at Bryan High School

How they got here: Kingwood Park beat Brenham 3-1 in the bi-district round. Cedar Park beat East View 3-0 in the bi-district round.

History: Kingwood Park tries to get to the regional quarterfinals for a third consecutive year. Cedar Park tries to get to the regional quarterfinals for the eighth time in nine years.

Summer Creek (26-19; 2nd seed from District 22-6A) vs. George Ranch (37-8; 1st seed from District 23-6A)

When and where: Friday, Nov. 2 at 7 P.M. Delmar Fieldhouse in Houston

How they got here: Summer Creek beat Channelview 3-0 in the bi-district round. George Ranch beat Clear Brook 3-2 in the bi-district round.

History: Summer Creek tries to get to the regional quarterfinals for the first time in school history. George Ranch tries to get to the regional quarterfinals for the third time in four years.
