Draymond Green to miss at least two more weeks with calf injury
The Golden State Warriors finally got star shooting guard Klay Thompson back on the court last Sunday but now, they've learned that they'll be without another one of the faces of the franchise for the foreseeable future.

Green has already missed the last three (essentially four) games due to the injury, and the Dubs have dropped two of them. They're still 31-11, but have fallen two games behind the Phoenix Suns (33-9) for first place in the Western Conference.
Golden State head coach Steve Kerr said last week that Green would miss most, if not all of the current road trip. The Michigan State product injured his left calf during pregame warmups the same night that Thompson returned, but in recognition of his longtime teammate, Green stayed on the court for the opening moments of the contest and was then removed for the rest of the night.
Green, Thompson, Stephen Curry and company will begin a seven-game home stand on Tuesday.

In his 10th NBA season, Green has averaged 7.9 points, 7.6 rebounds, 7.4 assists, 1.4 steals and 1.2 blocks per game in 34 contests. Green has shown growth in his shot selection with just 5.9 field-goal attempts per game -- his lowest total in eight years -- but has converted at a career-best 53.7 percent clip.
