Ja Morant has been ruled out for Tuesday's game.

On Tuesday evening, the Memphis Grizzlies will be in Florida to take on the Orlando Magic.

For the game, they will be without their best player, as Ja Morant has been ruled out due to a thigh injury.

Via Grizzlies PR: ".@memgrizz status update: Ja Morant (RT Thigh Soreness) is inactive tonight vs @OrlandoMagic."

The All-Star point guard is having another fantastic season with averages of 26.8 points, 5.8 rebounds, 8.1 assists and 1.1 steals per contest in 56 games while shooting 46.7% from the field.

In addition to his outstanding play, the Grizzlies are among the best teams in the entire NBA.

They are the second seed in the Western Conference with a 47-27 record in 74 games.

Over the last ten games, the Grizzlies have gone 9-1, and they are in the middle of a six-game winning streak.

That said, they have struggled on the road in a big way, going just 15-22 in the 37 games they have played outside of Memphis, Tennessee.

In each of the last two seasons, the Grizzlies have made the NBA Playoffs, and they lost in the second round of the 2022 playoffs to the Golden State Warriors.

Meanwhile, the Magic are the 13th seed in the Eastern Conference with a 32-43 record in 75 games.

They are 5-5 in their last ten games and in the middle of a three-game winning streak.

The Magic have gone 19-19 in the 38 games they have hosted on their home floor in Orlando, Florida.
