The Lakers carry a 2-1 lead into Game 4 of their first-round playoff series against the Phoenix Suns, but they have suffered their share of bumps and bruises in the process and suffered another one Sunday afternoon.

Anthony Davis, who was considered “questionable” for the Lakers with a left knee sprain before Game 4, played but suffered a left groin strain late in the first half and will not return for the rest of today’s game. Kentavious Caldwell-Pope’s knee injury, suffered during the third quarter of Game 3, is not considered serious, but he sat out Game 4.

Game 4 is being broadcast on ABC (Ch. 7).
