The Athletic's Shams Charania reported on Friday that Miami Heat guard Goran Dragic won't play in Game 2 of the NBA Finals against the Los Angeles Lakers due to a torn plantar fascia.

Dragic left Wednesday's 116-98 Los Angeles win in the second quarter with the injury. His availability for the remainder of the series was unknown as of Friday afternoon.

Dragic is averaging 19.9 points during the playoffs, second behind only forward Jimmy Butler (20.8 PPG) among Miami players.

Earlier in the day, ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski reported that Miami All-Star forward Bam Adebayo will also miss Game 2 because of a shoulder injury.
