Florida State football, recruiting news: A pair of FSU commits ascend in recruiting rankings

Mike Norvell is open to switching up uniform combinations on game days and claims to have never used the some uniform combination twice in his four years at Memphis:

Recruiting:

4-star safety and local product Ahmari Harvey has announced he will visit campus this Saturday. Harvey is rated the no. 4 overall safety in the 2021 class according to 247Sports’ rankings:

Mike Norvell and company are also getting a head start on the 2022 class, offering deerfield beach running back Jaziun Patterson, who is already a 4-star prospect per 247Sports:

Florida State signee Demorie Tate and current commit Malachi Wideman saw sizable jumps in the final Rivals top 100 prospect rankings, both moving up over 30 spots.

Larry Blustein, who has long covered recruiting and prospects in the state of Florida, came away from FSU football’s staff meet and greet with high praise for the Seminoles’ first-year head coach:
