Is Deion Sanders the strongest coach in college football?

Colorado's football program has gotten a generational facelift thanks to the hiring of Deion Sanders as head coach.

The former Jackson State head coach and NFL Hall-of-Famer has been on the job for a few months, but his impact far exceeds his time spent in Boulder. With Coach Prime at the helm, Colorado has since turned into one of the hot spots in college football, as he already brought in the No. 1 transfer class and a top-25 recruiting class, while also having some of the top recruits in future classes intrigued by what he's building.

On top of being what one recruit called 'the coolest coach in college football' some may forget that Sanders is one of the best athletes of all time. He not only had a hall of fame career on the gridiron, but also spent time moonlighting as a professional baseball player.

While Father Time and the surgeries he has had throughout the years have likely taken away his blazing speed and other athletic attributes he once had, he recently put on a show in the weight room. Sanders was recorded benching 245 pounds six times in street clothes, and apparently without warming up.

Not sure if any other coaches across college football are throwing around 245 while in street clothes and not being warmed. His presence on social media with things like this are just another reason that the fans of the sport have grown to love Coach Prime, as each and every day that passes he puts on display why he is a different coach than anyone in the country.
