Cincinnati Bengals re-sign long snapper Clark Harris

Long snapper Clark Harris will remain in Cincinnati at least for one more season. 

The Bengals re-signed Harris to a one-year contract extension, the team announced on Wednesday. Harris was set to become an unrestricted free agent on March 17 before inking the one-year deal.

Harris has served as Cincinnati's long snapper since the 2009 season. The 13-year veteran has delivered 1,699 career snaps for the Bengals without an unplayable exchange.

The 36-year-old long snapper has played in 184 games in Cincinnati, one shy of Anthony Munoz (185) for sixth-most in team history.

In 2017, Harris earned his first career Pro Bowl invitation. He's the first Bengals long snapper to earn a Pro Bowl nod.

Bengals bring back corner: The Bengals re-signed cornerback Jalen Davis to a one-year contract extension on Wednesday. Davis was set to become an unsigned exclusive rights player on March 17. His new contract runs through the 2021 season. 

Davis played in six games for the Bengals in 2020. He recorded four tackles.

The 5-foot-10 corner has appeared in 11 games since entering the NFL as an undrafted free agent in 2018.
