Fatal shootings prompt state of emergency in Miami Beach during spring break
The city of Miami Beach declared a state of emergency and enacted a curfew over the weekend following two fatal shootings. The city has for years had trouble dealing with the large crowds that come for spring break. CBS Miami's Gabby Arzola has the latest.
