Former Philadelphia Eagles Pro Bowl linebacker Frank LeMaster has died.
He was 71.
The Eagles tweeted that they were “saddened to learn” Saturday of LeMaster’s death.

LeMaster was a native of Lexington, Kentucky and he played his college ball for the Kentucky Wildcats. The Eagles took him in the fourth round, 89th-overall, in the 1974 draft. He played for the team through the 1982 season, starting 115 games.
He was picked for the Pro Bowl in 1981.
Former Eagles great, quarterback Ron Jaworski, tweeted about his death.
“Lost a great teammate and better friend in Frank LeMaster,” he wrote. “RIP Frank!”
