Is Texans president Jamey Rootes about to leave the franchise?
According to John McClain of the Houston Chronicle, there is speculation that team president Jamey Rootes will not be back for his 21st season . Rootes has been the team’s only president since the 2002 season and helped allow the Texans to be stable for many years. The departure of Rootes would be another significant shakeup following the in-season firing of coach/GM Bill O'Brien
