Judge in quadruple murder trial accused of bias
For the first time in 49 years of practicing law, Butler County prosecutor Mike Gmoser accused Judge Greg Howard of bias, saying he should have removed jurors who led to the Gurpreet Singh quadruple murder trial ending in a hung jury.
