The Seattle Seahawks have arguably the best linebacking corps in the NFL, but the starting three have yet to play together this preseason.

"Well, we haven't seen them all together on the field," defensive coordinator Ken Norton Jr. told 710 ESPN Seattle's John Clayton Tuesday. "Bobby's been in and out with his contract and now he's out. K.J.'s been kind of . . . we kind of have him under management and Mychal's been in a situation where he's been going back and forth."

Ahead of the Denver matchup, coach Pete Carroll announced Wagner would "get a little break" as he recovers from the platelet-rich plasma therapy he underwent last week.

Kendricks, who is set to be sentenced on Sept. 25 after pleading guilty to insider trading last year, has been dealing with his legal issues and might not be available to finish the season.

As for Wright, Norton was vague, but it appears the veteran is on a snap count as a part of his "management" process.

"So they haven't been together at once but we know that once we do get them together hopefully toward the end of the preseason, we have a really high standard for them," Norton continued. "These guys, they should be competing to be the best unit in the league."

The Seahawks are next set to face off against the Vikings in Minnesota for their second game of the preseason. Start time is scheduled for 5:00 p.m. PT and the matchup will be nationally televised on the NFL Network.
