Houston Texans offensive line coach James Campen was on the sidelines during the pregame of his team’s 26-7 preseason win over the Green Bay Packers on Aug. 14 at Lambeau Field.

Campen was having a good time with three-time NFL MVP quarterback Aaron Rodgers.

The laughs with Rodgers on the sidelines weren’t part of an elaborate ploy for Rodgers to get the band back together, as was the case with the Texans’ trading receiver Randall Cobb. Much of Campen’s football life has been spent in Green Bay — first as a player from 1989-93, and then as an assistant coach in various roles from 2004-18.

The Packers won their last Super Bowl at the end of the 2010 campaign with Rodgers under center and Campen coaching the offensive line.
