This week, Ron Rivera's coaching staff saw another change, with defensive backs coach Curtis Fuller abruptly resigning his post. When reached for comment, Rivera and Marty Hurney did not offer any details.

Now, we know why Fuller quit all of the sudden.

According to a report by David Newton at ESPN, the Panthers released this statement, which states there were complaints of misconduct.

After approaching Coach Fuller with the findings of an investigation into complaints of inappropriate conduct, we accepted his resignation. The Panthers are deeply committed to ensuring a safe, comfortable and diverse work environment where all individuals, regardless of sex, race, color, religion, gender, or sexual identity or orientation, are treated fairly and equally.

There is no word as of yet who will replace Fuller as the team's new defensive backs coach.
