Snyder faces subpoena, Goodell speaks to 'toxic' environment
The House Oversight Committee subpoenaed Washington Commander's owner Daniel Snyder during a hearing June 22 to investigate the team's "toxic" work environment. NFL commissioner Roger Goodell testified and said he had no responsibility to ensure Snyder appeared before the committee.
