Chase later scored a second touchdown in the third flag football game of the evening.
The NFL altered the rules to the Pro Bowl this season, introducing three flag football games between the AFC and NFC, instead of a tackle football game.
Each of the three games were worth three points. The final score for the Pro Bowl was determined by adding each team's points from the flag football games and other challenges.
NFC defeated the AFC in the Pro Bowl Games by a tally of 35-33.
Chase was named to the Pro Bowl last year as well, but did not participate in the game as the Bengals were preparing for the Super Bowl.
Bengals defensive end Trey Hendrickson and quarterback Joe Burrow were also named to the Pro Bowl and invited to the festivities at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas.
Burrow did not participate in the festivities.
