Storm to impact the DMV Sunday night through Monday morning
Storm will start between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. (Snow in D.C. around 1 p.m.)
Most snow will accumulate between 1 p.m. and 6 p.m.
Transition to sleet and freezing rain from 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Mostly rain after 10 p.m., except far north and west (Oakland, Cumberland, Martinsburg)
