
Virginia Gov. Glenn Youngkin addresses Joint Assembly
This is Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin's first address in Richmond to the Joint Assembly as governor of the commonwealth. Youngkin was sworn in Saturday and the governor quickly signed 11 executive actions for Virginia.
