Jun. 28—For one weekend a month Bank of America customers can get into several Metro Detroit museums for free, including two in Dearborn.

For the past 24 years, during the first full weekend of every month, Bank of America has offered free admission to more than 220 cultural institutions including museums, botanical gardens, aquariums, zoos and science centers in dozens of cities across the U.S. where their customers live and work.

In the Dearborn area, that means access to The Henry Ford and the Arab American National Museum.

To take advantage of Museums on Us, Bank of America, Merrill, and Bank of America Private Bank (U.S. Trust) customers simply present their credit or debit card and a valid photo ID to gain one free general admission ticket to any participating institution. Admission is limited to the cardholder only; guests are not eligible.

Other Metro Detroit museums included are the Charles H. Wright Museum of African-American History, the Michigan Science Center, and the Motown Museum all in Detroit.
