It's a town right out of the Stone Age, and it can be yours for some serious yabba dabba dollars.

Bedrock City, Arizona, a down-on-its luck theme park modeled after the Flinstones' home town, is up for sale for $2 million.

Located in Williams, about 30 miles from the Grand Canyon, the 30-acre spot has a gift shop, a restaurant and an RV park.

There's also a brontosaurus, a volcano, and a big sculpture of Fred.

The family-owned park opened in 1972.

Holly Hulen, the daughter of owner Linda Speckles, told ABC News her mother was ready to call it quits.

"My mother is 73 and she and my father built that business," Hulen said. "My father passed away over 20 years ago. She's been running it herself, and she's ready to retire," her daughter said.
